Planned CEO transition to strengthen long-term strategic execution The Board of Chora A/S announces a planned CEO transition that supports the company’s long-term strategic direction. After founding and successfully leading Chora, outgoing CEO Jacob Jakobsen will step back from the CEO responsibilities and will continue contributing to the strategic development of products and technologies as well as serving as a member of Chora’s Board of Directors. The transition follows a structured and well-prepared process coordinated with the Board. To lead the company into its next phase, Morten Vinther Jensen has been appointed as the new CEO. Morten Vinther Jensen brings extensive experience from the industry as well as many years of executive leadership, positioning him strongly to advance the company’s strategic priorities and ensure continued growth. Morten Vinther Jensen will start on 1 March 2026, during which time a coordinated transition process will support continuity across all operations and customer activities. The organization will continue to operate normally throughout the transition.
